This 2023 Really Could Be A Happy New Year…If Folks Waking Up to Reality Would Please Stop Buying Into the Fear Pushed by “the Alternative Media” (Let Alone The MSM ‘Narrative’ Propaganda!)

Now that’s a long headline!

But I’ve been saying almost since the beginning of the blog (including blogs I posted on other platforms like Blogger): Get Out of the System as much as you can!

As much as you can! However you can do it! With the whole “work from home” scenario, you do not have to live in a big city. Believe it or not, the internet actually works (most of the time) in rural remote areas…unless some wildlife creature messes up your wi-fi antenna, that is…

Stop watching or listening to CNN/MSNBC/ABC/CBS and even FOX, and ESPECIALLY NPR! Out here in rural remote far west Texas, NPR is about the only radio channel that is easily accessable…Such and Such Public Radio (Marfa/Alpine/Presido, etc.)…and it is as woke as it can get despite the fact that even in this Hispanic-majority region most people don’t buy into the wokeness of NPR.

Though the public schools out here aren’t particularly woke, and may not be where you are, home school your kids anyway! It’s easy if you work from home…

But I realize few folks can actually leave Metro areas as well as big cities…you have a mortgage, right? And maybe lots of debt….

And another fact is this–frugality is not something that many have bought into for many years in this age of ‘consume-consume-consume.’ That is unfortunate, but the age of consuming is about to end as the age of only God knows what level of inflation is arriving. Depression era? Maybe. And had you been frugal, you might not be feeling the effects of the coming God-knows-what, because folks, at some point the system (that you should be getting out of) will collapse. And God forbid you live in a big city when it happens, and suburbs won’t be much better.

I know this sounds fearful to some, but if the price of eggs is skyrocketing, which the price of eggs is doing…maybe living in an area where you can raise chickens or ducks or both may be a good idea. In fact, I know someone living in a suburb who is doing just that. I won’t say where, but it’s true. And so is the price of lettuce..and chicken! Further, if you like to bake goods like cakes or desserts, can you really do this without eggs? And how much is “egg powder” so to speak….

What I am saying is this–it is time to face REALITY! Does one really think all those videos of San Fran or Philly or NYC or LA and the huge numbers of homeless folks looking like they are drunk on fentanyl bobbing back and forth along with the urine/feces/garbage/etc. on the streets…do you really think these are fake CGI-stuff? I don’t think complaints by city residents or city council folks are fake if you know what I mean…

REALITY. But not the “reality” pushed by click-baiters and know-it-alls that all they can do since they can’t really change things and wouldn’t know how to change things if they were even in govt. (I’m looking at you, former govt. leader Paul Craig “Mr. Insouciant” Roberts,, who thinks most Americans are idiots, the “insouciant” kind) if the govt. smacked them in the head. And why bring up ol’ PCR? Because of his “insouciance” regarding the fact that while many Americans did actually live as if they couldn’t care less about whatever ten or fifteen or twenty years ago when things started going south (you know, 9-11?), these days more and more are waking up to reality because at this point they don’t really have a choice–reality is hitting them in the butt–but you, PCR, still think most of us are “insouciant”? So you blame folks whose votes were cast aside in Maricopa County by wokester thugs running the show for being “insouciant”? What were these screwed-up voters, mostly Republicans, supposed to do? Storm the state capitol and get put into “gulags” like the innocent folks of January 6, 2021 bogus “insurrection” were?

So what’s your “solution”, PCR? Right, read your posts and stop being ‘insouciant’! Because you, PCR, have no solution, because nothing anyone is doing is messing up your personal reality…just keep writing “expert” posts and getting paid for it… BTW, I don’t get paid for writing anything on any blog, and BTW, I am not joining Substack, where folks have to pay-to-play in a way…

And speaking of pay-to-play, it is too bad Mike Rivero of What Really Happened joined that scenario, where only donaters get to post “member stories.” I could complain because I used to post stuff there way back when but no longer can. Because I do not do “pay-to-play.” I will not pay a website to post stuff. Sorry. But my real beef is that those that do pay to post keep posting the same stuff over and over…I’ve seen posts on WRH about news items that are weeks old! Yikes!

And then there is the rest of alt-media pushing Trump or DeSantis or Putin or some bogus “savior” who will save the world from Klaus Schwab and Nuval Harari or Biden or SBF or Zelensky or Xi or whoever “anti-Christ” person one can think of…because sorry, electing Trump or DeSantis or supporting Putin or Zelensky or gushing over what “Young Global Leader” is “turning over a new leaf” (as supposedly Putin did…as if replacing the US with Russia or China is really going to solve our problems–even PCR has exposed this nonsense, and even PCR isn’t always wrong, okay?)…and another “Young Global Leader,” Tulsi Gabbard, is now taking Tucker Carlson’s place every now and then…fine, but what will that solve? Hmmmm….

And then there is American Thinker, which at times is more like “American Stinker” what with it’s huge Zio-shillery to the point where one gets the notion that they want all Palestinians killed or whatever…even the Christian ones? Good luck with that, “stinker”! But I’ll give them credit for JB Shurk, one of the brightest minds in the alt-media. This most recent post Government by Gimmick Won’t Last is brilliant (as are many of his other posts there) and which I agree with–as I’ve been saying for years now! Folks, it’s a must read, and has a historical perspective as well.

If the fearmongers or those who think most Americans are “insouciant” or whatever would only understand that more and more Americans are waking up to reality, maybe then I wouldn’t bash them, but a mindset is a mindset–until reality hits. And again I will ask these alt-media “know-it-alls”–what is your solution? Huh?

Because mine is this–never mind “revolution” or “protest” that will not change a damned thing…get out of the system as much as you can, and finally, DO NOT COMPLY! The govt. does not give a crap about you! Why should you give a crap about them?

Your compliance is your enslavement…”convenience” or not. But your choice.

Time for Parallel Structures (the short version)–Get Out of the System!

Now, if there were good guys in government vs. bad guys in government, parallel structures and getting out of the “system” the government is thought to lead wouldn’t be even considered by lawful citizens let alone preppers. But with a few exceptions (one of whom may be a Texas representative, Chip Roy, known for calling out RINOs as well as Democrats and is fed up with Biden allowing hoards of illegals crossing the Texas border with Mexico, among other insanities of government), vitually everyone on the US Federal government and most of state and many in local governments is a bad guy or gal or whatever “gender” one chooses to be…to heck with what God created!

The now-well-known Tucker Carlson video from Fox News featuring Obama ignoring Biden (who put his hand on Obama’s shoulder at some White House meeting or something), where Carlson claims most Democrats are ignoring if not flat out attempting to remove Biden from the White House, which appears to be going viral, is not the “hopium” we need to bring this nation back to some sense of sanity. For Biden isn’t the only bad guy here. Like Ms. “Word Salad,” aka Commie Kammy, would be any better? If Biden’s confused speech is bad, wait ’til Harris gets to totally insult salad like she does hyenas when she laughs and cackles the way she does! Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahah!

Or “Nancy” Pelosi….I prefer “Nazi” Pelosi, but anyway…. And it isn’t just the “laptop from Hell” of Biden’s loved one, either. And it isn’t just Biden doing whatever he can to:

1. Destroy the US economy…why?
2. Destroy the US military with “vaccines” and other woke garbage…why?
3. Destroy whatever since he seemingly wants war with Russia….why?

And more. But as to the “why”? Why? Because he sides with evil, that’s why!

Folks still wearing masks, still social distancing, still claiming schools must teach CRT, still following the cult of Woke, still looking forward to ratting out neighbors STASI-style because it makes them feel superior and assuages their self-hatred, still watching CNN-MSNBC-CBS-ABC and listening to that God-awful NPR (which is the only radio station that works in my neck of the woods)…yada yada yada…. Do you folks still think the government and/or the elites in government-academia-Big Tech-Big Pharma-the entertainment industry/Hollywood-sports-Big Industry-“Climate Change Activists”-SJWs-the “race card players”-etc….do you still think these folks give a rat’s a$$ about you? Seriously?

Then enjoy your slavery!

As for the sane among us, it is time to get the heck outta “Dodge,” aka “the system.” And siding with the bad guys since there are so few good guys won’t cut it. Get out of the system as completely as you can…as much as you can (which used to be the theme of my old domain site) will no longer cut it. Get out! When you are out, you no longer comply, and the system has much less affect on you. So may I suggest how…the short version. This would mostly apply and resonate with those with little to no debt (mortgage paid or financially supported, little to no credit card debt or student loan debt or car payment debt, etc.), and critical thinkers who can do their own research.

Financial–pay off the debts you have ASAP. Then, any discretionary spending, apply for goods one would need in the god-knows-what-will-happen-future….hyper-inflation? Stock up and spend wisely, including stuff one can use later in the barter trade when fiat currency is Weimar-Germany-style-hyper-inflationary, or Zimbabwe several years ago, when fiat dollars are totally worthless….but canned food is priceless, or even used laptops or gloves or garden tools or fan belts or paper-back books, if, say, the world-wide-web goes down and e-books are no longer available… that is, buy durable and useful goods…right now, full gas cans or spare lumber or spare furniture might make really good barter-able items! Or, buy gold and silver if you can…. And if you can, get your money little by little out of the banks in cash. Do not do “structuring,” that is, getting out a few bucks short of the IRS-withdrawal limit, which will alert the IRS that you might be doing this for illegal purposes (because only the criminal psycho elites can “structure” if you know what I mean….bribe, purchase from human traffickers, that sort of thing).

Educational–to express a term I love to use: Home School, Dammit! And if you must go to college, may I suggest some of the ones that aren’t completely WOKE yet–Texas A&M, Hillsdale…and maybe one or two others… Some private Christian schools may be okay…who knows?

Career–Now is the time to learn “old school” trades such as plumbing, electrician, auto mechanic, carpentry, sewing, cooking, traditional old school teaching (real math, real reading, real history, real science, industrial arts, real music, non-woke art, classical literature, writing, real physical education and non-woke sports, etc.), gardening, raising livestock/hunting/fishing/camping….and especially bush craft! All the while office work or online work such as logistics. And, if you can handle the pressure, become an EMT or nurse or aide or orderly or firefighter. And if you can, work off the books… Now that means you likely won’t collect Social Security and Medicare (which is why self-employed work on the books and pay both ends of the FICA taxes as well as withholding). But what if in the future you will be forced to get “vaxxed” to collect it and you are still pureblooded? Or what if SS and MC go completely bankrupt which is predicted to happen around 2030? Then what do you do?

Lifestyle–Be frugal!!! Why spend money on things you do not need? Spend wisely! And if you can, get out of the cities and upper-middle-class suburbs and metro areas, and move to the rural remote or small rural area towns, where for the most part sanity still exists. Just make sure you can afford gas, since it’s twenty miles or more to the nearest super market or even job or school or church…. And buy as much guns and ammo as you might need, practice at target practice ranges as often as possible. While you won’t have to deal with criminals in BLM and Antifa, you just might have to deal with roaming illegals (esp. in Texas, NM and Arizona)…or mountain lions, bears, javelinas, wolves, coyotes, etc.

Food–eat healthy and organic and/or non-GMO foods. They’re more expensive, but cost effective! Or would you rather buy junk food and wind up in the hospital with diabetes? Also take probiotics and prebiotics…which has helped my digestive system and gut flora in a huge way! Acid reflux is almost non-existant now! Alcohol? Restrict use of whiskey/scotch/bourbon/vodka/etc., and as for beer, craft-brewed-only! And quit smoking cigarettes!

Medicine–go homeopathic completely if you can. I hate allopathy, but honestly I have tried using various herbals to get rid of migraines for years, and only triptans work…oh well…not all allopathy is evil I guess….As for the “vaccines,” do your own research! And take probiotics.

Media–get off the TV! And restrict your online usage as well… get out and walk or exercise or do some honest work. Face to face contact! Go fishing….

And I’ll end on a good note: Get right with God! Tell Satan to you-know-what-off! (Sorry, I just don’t like cussing if you know what I mean…). And stop relying on government! Do not comply!

Get Out of the System as Much as You Can. The First Steps in Creating Alternative (Parallel) Structures

Many years ago I had a domain site called “Something Happening Here” using BlueHost and developed at least 50 followers or subscribers, but I had to remove it since what with domain-host fees I had greater expenses to be concerned with. And then I found a part-time job as a POA office manager. So I set up this blog, first on Blogger (owned by Google, right?) then here…and I have considered Substack if WordPress decides I’m not politically correct or “woke” enough. (I will NEVER turn “woke”! I was “woke” enough in the early 70s…)

Frugal. That was how I had to deal with financial resources. Buy only what you need. And that same meme holds true today, folks, in these days of supposedly runaway inflation. Which is one reason I only drive the vehicle when I absolutely have to–the price of gasoline (and this is in Texas! In Commiefornia, it’s likely double or even triple what it is here!).

Which reminds me of when I moved from Long Island to Houston in 1975–the price of gas in those days of “the oil embargo” and cars lined up for miles in the area was about a dollar fifty or more a gallon. In Houston, the price was about half!

I honestly think one reason for all those covid “stimulus checks” was to provide an opportunity for folks to waste that money on stuff they didn’t need but made them look better…bling, nail salons, and other useless stuff. And how did I spend my stimulus? I needed a new laptop (since my old one was about 8 years old and it took 10 minutes to boot up, plus Windows 7 was EoL if you know what I mean), so I spent the stimulus on a new laptop (having seen vids on how to shut off Cortana and other Windows 10 crapola I don’t need). Why? Because I needed a new laptop, that’s why!

Another reason, besides price inflation and empty food shelves and expensive gasoline, to do whatever one can to get out of the narrative or system–what if you are unvaxxed and creepy Joe and CMS decide to end Social Security payments and Medicare to the unvaxxed, never mind that these folks have paid into the system most of their lives? And never mind that illegals will benefit from this since illegals don’t have to get vaxxed and will be given money and jobs and citizenship, etc. Do you have enough stashed away (and I don’t mean in banks! What if the FED decides to steal or “bail in” all bank accounts, including credit unions and also including the bank the military folks use, USAA? (Would stealing USAA accounts cause military folks to ‘do something about it’ if you know what I mean?)) And by stashed away I mean an asset that would do well in inflatioanry times–gold and silver. Do you have any gold and/or silver?

And how stocked is your food pantry? I’d say regardless of which “food supply” online outfit you use (and I don’t mean Amazon’s Whole Foods either!), can you have enough food to survive a year? Not a few weeks or a few months, but a year? For you and for family as well as nearby loved ones who might need some help?

Have gasoline stored in containers? At least enough for one complete gas tank fill.

Have clean water? Hmmmmm…. If not, hopefully you have enough cooking gas or electric to boil it!

You get the idea. But now comes this–can you stop being reliant on government? Like I said, one must prepare (vaxxed or not) for the possibility that one will lose Social Security/Medicare/Medicaid benefits. What if your local govt. raises property taxes through the roof? Would you have to sell or give up your property or house because of property tax increases? (Because you cannot get allodial title anymore, even in Texas, where HOAs and POAs tend to rule the roost: PROPERTY is taxable, LAND (allodial title) is NOT taxable! And how many folks leaving cities and buying into PROPERTY OWNER’s ASSOCIATIONS (POAs) know this? There are NO LAND OWNERS ASSOCIATIONS for a reason!)

And speaking of taxes, if you work for ANY government you MUST pay income taxes, period. Even the tax rebellion website “Lost Horizons” says this. Makes sense, since your pay comes from income taxes, right? But if you work for a private outfit or are self-employed… But I will leave “messing with the IRS” up to the reader–be prepared for the “mess” the IRS will throw ar you! And if you are likely to never get any SS or MC benefit you paid into because you are unvaxxed… Again, do your homework! I refuse to tell you what to think, After all, I am NOT WOKE!

And now comes the “think” part. Unless you turn off the TV, you may never be able to think critically, whether you watch CNN/MSNBC or FOX or OAN or screw the news media. Unless you stop listening to idiot celebrities virtue-signalling 24/7 to save their careers… Mass formation psychosis, eh? That’s only been going on since almost forever (and I don’t need Robert Malone to tell me what mass formation psychosis is! I’ve been reading about that sorta thing since the 70s!)

Right after I got married hubby told me this truth–if the establishment says something is true, believe the opposite. In other words, stop conforming! Maybe mass formation psychosis should be called “mass conforming psychosis”!

And speaking of psychosis… a lot of Tik-Tok vids these days have crazed mask-wearers screaming at those without masks in stores, on elevators, out in the open, etc. One lady (and wouldn’t you know it, most of these are indeed female or whatever gender inclusive they are or “ze” are…I need a crash course on new gender pronouns! Bwahahahahahahahahahahah!) wore a Baylor U mask (I thank God she wasn’t an Aggie!). Two ladies were screaming in an elevator and one of them hit a BLACK man while yelling “Black Lives Matter” (!!!) at him; one lady at that anti-mandate DC protest told protestors that DC was “her” territory…and I know there are move insane “Karen” vids (with apologies to all sane women named Karen…I know a few). So why are these “Karens” acting insane (beyond even bullying)? Likely because they spend 24/7 BREATHING THEIR OWN CO2! Maybe if they ever get a sense of sanity back they’ll find out breathing their own CO2 for more than a short time per day is a very dangerous thing to do… Or do they just love that power to bully? Are their lives that empty?

Happy New Year. And I’m Done With Covid-Mania. Now On To Reality.

Most of the posts the past two years have been about Covid, Branch Covidianism, “Vaccines” (which by new CDC definition are NOT vaccines since they provide no immunity to covid, if covid actually exists outside the realm of flu or cold), and a post here or there relating to the “white privilege” crapola when the only race that matters is the human race (meaing, I couldn’t care less what your skin color is! As long as you are human, not transhuman.)

And speaking of transhuman… Supposedly, those who take the mRNA “vaccine” are no longer fully human since mRNA gets inside the cell’s nucleus and changes the DNA forever. Maybe, but here is the sticking point with me: workers at Pfizer in a few videos and in word have claimed the there are three types of batches of the Pfizer covid “vaccine”–one is a placebo, likely saline; one is an mRNA “vacccine” that stops producing spike poteins (that supposedly cause the mRNA to change the DNA) at a month or two later, or in less time; and then there is the “kill shot” that either does kill or does bring about serious health damage and complete loss of all immunity (AIDS). But how many experts relating to covid and “vaccines” have claimed the worst could or will happen?

What I am saying is this: the mainstream media is lying, but likely so is most of alternative media, that pushes click-bait and fearmongering as with the MSM. Yet I found a very interesting post on Henry Makow’s site about the occultist ties of some very prominent anti-vaxx or exposers of the covid hoax who might be involved with Freemasonry, here. This post in itself could be nonsense, but when you see Dr. David Martin with a tatoo of the occultist god Horus, the “one eye sign,” then I get suspicious of anything Martin says in word or on video (and yes, that is David Martin in the pix.) I’ve never been trustful of Del Bigtree, who just happens to show up on YouTube, etc. around the time covid and the vaccines come out. And is the “new” Bigtree, Stew Peters, of the same cloth? Honestly, I do hope Dr. Judy Mikovitz, who exposed FRAUDci’s “gain-of-function” in Wuhan scheme, who is mentioned in the post, is not involved with Freemasonry. Why? Because I do not trust Freemasons, or at least the higher degree Freemasons (and I’ve been friends in the past with both Freemasons and members of the female equivalent, the Order of the Eastern Star, lower level ones, that is.) Freemason or not, can prominent exposers of the covid “plandemic” be truly trusted? And are all of these “anti-vaxx” folks pushing nonsense, as with the MSM? And you wonder why I feel I must get off the “covid-exposing” bandwagon–I want the TRUTH! Further, I no longer trust most of the alternative media. Another example: suddenly, Alex Jones is against Donald Trump? Really? I mean, AJ, it’s not as if Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” hasn’t been known for almost a year-and-a-half, so why call him out now? Hmmmm……

So I am done writing about covid and the “vaccines.” Next up is a possible method to break free from what the “great reset” crowd has in mind so that we’ll “own nothing and be happy.” Call it “parallel structures” or “outsider communities” or “parallel institutions” or “alternative structures” or whatever it can be called, this will be the focus of this site for the foreseeable future, as well as prepping and even “bush craft,” which has plenty of YouTube videos to watch (it involves making housing out of tree branches, dead wood, grass coverings, and other methods the Bushmen of Africa and other primitive peoples have been using to survive for thousands of years….and you don’t even need to know how to click-speak!). And will hunter-gatherer lifestyles make a comeback?

Why is this important, parallel structures that is? Supposing western or even Asian governments impose the kinds of restrictions now in Australia or Israel or Canada or most of Europe and parts of the US (the blue states, mostly)–mandatory mask wearing, mandatory lockdowns, mandatory “vaccine passports” to have any “freedom” at all (folks, that is NOT freedom!). If these truly are being enforced and the “unvaxxed” are “exiled” so to speak (oh, and did you know the CDC recently changed the definition of “fully vaccinated” to be ONLY those who have taken boosters?), then what do the unvaxxed do if not being sent to internment camps or forceably locked down in some other way? The unvaxxed, whose numbers will grow as more and more refuse the vaxxes and the “mandatory” boosters that even Trump is calling for (and don’t believe he isn’t! Like I said, when Alex Jones is even calling him out…), will need to come together somehow and support each other. I think one reason so many folks are leaving California and New York and Illinios and other deep blue states and moving to Florida, Texas, and other deep red states is because Florida and Texas, etc., are NOT enforcing these totalitarian mandates (for the most part…can DeSantis and Abbott, etc., actually force businesses, school districts, etc. to not require mask wearing or vaxxes or Critical Race(ism) Theory, etc.? Can Abbott, for instance, force deep blue San Antonio to not teach CRT or transgenderism in their schools? Maybe, but what could he do to the mayor of San Antonio who is a member of the far left? Not a whole lot…which is why my neck of the far west Texas woods is seeing more and more leaving cities like San Antonio! Oh, and my neck of the woods is Hispanic majority… Hmmmm….. I love it that Hispanics, and even blacks–finally!–are waking up to this Demon-rat crapola! But don’t fall for the Rethuglicans, either!)

One final word on the covid crap–that former Los Angeles Raiders cheerleader Karen on that flight from Tampa to Atlanta who spat on some 80 year old dude because he didn’t wear a mask while eating…and, oh yeah, she didn’t wear a mask while spitting on him–she was supposedly arrested by the FBI–to become a STASI-like FBI informant, maybe? And as for the rest of you STASI-types: I will not hate you, because true believers in Christ would never hate anyone, but I will “turn the other cheek” so to speak, in the true sense of what Jesus said about “turn the other cheek,” to where you will regret your STASI-like behavior against me. Because folks who bully me DO learn to regret it!

The WordPress Take Down of Blogs for Violation of ToS–Is it Personal?

Folks, this blog right here you are reading could be next. WordPress, who I thought was above censorship–clearly they are NOT above censorship!–has taken down Dr. Eowyn’s “Fellowship of the Minds” and also, more recently, “American Everyman.” To my knowledge, neither blog has advocated hate speech or violence. Other independent blogs have also been taken down by WordPress. Since I have always like WordPress, this is a bothersome development; further, by taking WordPress to task over this censorship while being on a WordPress site, I may be taken down as well, and soon. I am NOT transferring any blogs to Blogger, however. It’s owner, Google, is even worse!

According to Dr. Eowyn, he has not been given a reason for this take down. Speculation around this appears to blame some “reporter”of something Dr. Eowyn wrote on his blog that perhaps was taken as offensive, advocating hate speech, or violence–according to this person’s opinion. Was it because Eowyn wrote about the take down of Alex Jones? (which on this very here blog I have written about not once, not twice, but thrice!)

Or was it personal? Did Dr. Eowyn “upset” some person, and then this person got revenge?

Because one thing is sure in this world–the days of growing thick skin have passed.

Thank God I have thick skin. When you were bullied as a teen and pre-teen, when you grew up wanting to be playing by yourself with clay figures and writing stories and making up book characters because you felt like everyone else thought you were ‘crazy,’ then the only way to ‘survive’ so to speak is to grow the thickest skin you can.

There are times I actually feel sorry for these thin-skinned SJWs. Emos, without all the make-up. And how will they deal with the world if the world doesn’t go along with their notions?

What Happened In Vegas, Stays…NFL Nonsense…Truth…

So, what happened in Vegas with that lone shooter…oh wait…to a bunch o’ Trump supporters…oh wait…and all those crisis actors…oh wait….and wasn’t there a military exercise that was supposed to happen there around that time? And what was some Hispanic woman doing at that Trump rally aka a country music festival telling everyone that they’d be shot at….and a few days after this event hotels are already installing X-ray body scanners (according to a very credible Truth Stream Media You Tube channel video (go to You Tube and type in “Truth Stream Media” in the search box and look for their Vegas video, or you can go to From the Trenches World Report for the video, one of this duo’s best videos). Who woulda thunk it–hotels are already installing body scanners just as Airports have. I know, I know…since automation is taking over so many jobs, millions of unemployed Americans are going to want to work at TSA or for hotels to look at X-ray body scans. Almost makes one want to be a pedophile or porn junkie, right?

So, something happened in Las Vegas Sunday, or was it Saturday night? Something. The problem is, no one is telling the truth about it, so the only way one can know the truth about it is to have been there. The MSM is lying about it so they can have their beloved gun control (after all, Don “the lemon” Lemon is rich enough to hire his own body guards, and so are the rest of the MSM propaganda pundits; who gives a crap about the useless eaters who pay their salaries—they oughta play in the NFL right?–being able to protect themselves with guns? Only black lives matter, right? And I’ll get to the NFL idiots aka players soon enough…) And since most of the alternative media sits behind computers all day they are also likely lying about it…why tell the truth when you can just make it up based on pure speculation?

Again, something happened in Vegas. Don’t know what, and likely never will. It’ll stay in Vegas, right? So, until I know the truth from eyewitnesses about the Vegas shooting, I’m not gonna say much about it. False flag? Maybe. Active shooter training exercise? Maybe. Russia? Uh….no.  FBI patsy plot? Maybe. A total hoax? Maybe. Folks, until I know the truth about it, this is all I’m gonna say.

Now I have already said plenty about the “NFL Player Protest” nonsense at Life Imitates Football NFL Blog  which is my NFL blog (because everyone needs an NFL blog, right?). So let me recapitulate here. I have no problem with NFL player protests especially if the protest is a legitimate protest. And if a player wants to protest the anthem or flag, fine. After all, just what does the American flag stand for these days? War, war, and more war, or at least it seems that way. Or oppression of some kind. (Folks, did you know that the US military is backing Saudi Arabian genocide in Yemen? I didn’t think so..and if you are aware of this un-Godly event, you can do what a lot of folks do and simply blame the Jews, right? After all, if they can do it to Palestinians…) But anyway…I do not have a problem with protesting the flag or the national anthem.

Side note–did you know in 1969 at the height of the Vietnam War, when I was in High School homeroom, I REFUSED to put my hand on my heart and say the Pledge of Allegiance! Because I was protesting the War in Vietnam! My homeroom teacher, as pro-war as could be at the time, threatened to “keep me after school” or “put me in detention” for not saying the Pledge of Allegiance! And to this day, when I say the Pledge of Allegiance, I end it with this: “…with liberty and justice for some.” Not “liberty and justice for all,” but “liberty and justice for some.” Because ONLY THE RICH AND POWERFUL GET JUSTICE and LIBERTY IN THE US, BECAUSE THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IS UBER CORRUPT AND US “USELESS EATERS” GET, NOT JUSTICE, BUT PUNISHMENT because we cannot afford to bribe judges, and because the system is and was rigged BY THE FOUNDING FATHERS among others, We the People are losing liberty, which now only the powers-that-be have. If there is one thing I am uber-cynical about, it’s that justice will ever be brought to bare on Hillary Clinton, Podesta pedophiles, bail-out banksters, affluenza (Eric Crouch) types, and a guy who helps run Hollywood, is a known pedophile and sex trafficker, and because of a judicial bribe will never see jail time. So, if you want to complain that I don’t say the Pledge of Allegiance properly, go right ahead. I am no millennial snowflake, okay? (Addendum–I am fairly sure that God will deliver whatever justice needs to be meted out, and, when He does, these folks are gonna wish they had repented and accepted Christ as Savior!)

To continue… my rants are not about players protesting.  My rants are about WHY are players protesting in such a way that it insults the people who pay their million dollar salaries–THEIR FANS? And don’t hand me the “the team owner pays the salary” crapola, because the team owner pays the salary based on a salary cap, and where does the money for the salary cap come from but season ticket holders, PSL holders, merchandise buyers, NFL GamePass subscribers, NFL Sunday Ticket DirecTV (or DISH) subscribers, non-season ticket ticket buyers, and taxpayers who fund stadiums (again, kuddos to Dolphins owner Stephen Ross who paid his own way in Hard Rock Stadium renovations). In other words, by protesting the anthem or the flag at games, or by “staying in the tunnel”, the players are insulting their fans, at least in the eyes of the fans–but some of the fan anger is truly legit. Many of the players who are protesting are precisely doing it deliberately to piss off their fans–because they are Trump supporters. Because they are for the most part white and male. Or because they are opposed to Colin Kaepernick (this is especially true with Dolphins fans, and just why are Kenny Stills, Jay Ajayi (who was born in England!), Laremy Tunsil and Ju’Waun James protesting the fact that Kap isn’t playing when the former Niners QB INSULTED these players’ fans in 2016 by, the week of the game, wearing a Castro t-shirt–IN MIAMI? CUBAN-AMERICAN CENTRAL??? For Stills and the rest to be doing this is PRECISELY INSULTING THEIR FANS!) Then you have Green Bay Packers players arm-in-arm, the entire team, in front of their “Trump-supporting” Green Bay fans…Ooops! OWNERS! For the Green Bay Packers are PUBLICLY OWNED BY SEASON TICKET HOLDERS! Which means the entire Green Bay Packers team is insulting their owners, and some of their owners are “selling” their “ownership” this season! Plus I get into the protests by the Steelers, Ravens, and the Patriots players as well.

Here is the drift–go ahead and protest, okay, but DO NOT INSULT YOUR FANS, THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR HUGE SALARIES, in your protests! Period! End of story!

Finally, when will the alternative “truth-telling” media get over their false narrative about they always tell the truth because the MSM won’t (and , yes, the MSM won’t tell the truth…not even when it comes to the weather!)? When they do, let me know. Because the alternative media is getting just as bad at lying as the MSM.

For instance–“Putin will save the world; we must never blame anything on Russia,” (and Paul Craig Roberts is one of the most egregious at this!). Or “blame everything on Israel and the Jews because the MSM never does” (right….the MSM is too scared to blame stuff on Israel and the Jews, so that must mean all the evil in the world is Israel’s fault, or the fault of the Jews. And folks, I don’t give a rat’s ass if someone calls me an anti-semite, okay? Because Ashkenazi Jews are NOT semites! So I do not care!). Or “if WW3 starts, blame the US ‘Deep State’ and not Trump” (because after all, Trump has no say in whether or not we go to war for the umpteenth time, right? So Donald Trump will get whacked unless we nuke North Korea? Folks, do you really believe this garbage, that Trump, if we do go to war, has nothing to do with it? So Trump was forced to put various psychopaths into power in the State Dept. or whatever? So someone put a gun to  Trump’s head? Really? You got proof of this? I mean, Alex, do I have to pay you for this info, or what? I mean, Trump can do no wrong? So then how come he went bankrupt several times? Sheesh!) Or “Chemtrails/HAARP/Geo-engineering caused Hurricane Maria or Harvey or Katrina or Sandy or…” because after all God has nothing to do with the weather! And neither does water vapor! And when will you blame the Galveston Hurricane of 1900 on “extra-terrestrial aliens”? Or “taking a micro-chip” (which millions or employees may be forced to do soon for “security” reasons) “is taking the Mark of the Beast” even though the Book of Revelation clearly states that the Mark of the Beast is IN the Hand (by actions, not microships) or IN the Head (by thoughts or beliefs, not microchips), and those who take the Mark of the Beast are those who TAKE THE MARK WILLINGLY, OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL, not being forced to take a microchip to have a job so they can feed their families! Or not being forced to take it because they unwittingly took it with a vaccination they were forced to take. Folks! Nobody takes the ‘Mark of the Beast” unwillingly or unknowingly!

Just as you must WANT to accept Christ as your personal Savior, you must WANT to take the ‘Mark of the Beast’ and side with Satan, the anti-Christ. And because many in the alternative media are promoting this un-Biblical crap, these who do so are NOT telling the truth. Folks, I WANT the truth!

‘They’ in the MSM and the alternative media are making up all kinds of stuff about what is happening in Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. I personally know someone who is on Puerto Rico right now aiding in recovery efforts. When this eye-witness gets back to me about what is going on–and whether the Mayor of San Juan really is holding back food and supplies to the starving and sick people like many in the alt-media say she is because she’s a “Clintonista” is true or not–then I can report the truth of this. Because folks, the only reporters I trust nowadays are eye-witnesses. Not Alex Jones. Not Paul Craig Roberts. Not “We Are Change.” Not Lisa Haven. Not Pete Santilli. And not most YouTube channels that sit in front of their computers regurgitating what other alt-media types are reporting.

Because Vladimir Putin is not saving this world.  But I know Who is. Do you?

Because neither Benjamine Netanyahu nor Kim Jong-Un nor Donald Trump nor Antifa is destroying this world. But I know who is. Do you? And the minions I list above are just minions, okay? Minions of…well, read Ephesians 6:12 and find out.

Obama Care Passes…and Other Interesting Items Found Perusing the Internet

Funny, but I really am not that concerned about this! Maybe it’s the water (which is clean and pure from the aquifer, but has a lot of minerals in it…bad for plumbing). I am uninsured, and no one could pay me for signing up for most health insurance policies written in the US. Folks, if the policy doesn’t have catastrophic insurance covering everything, and no deductible, for under $1,000 a year, I don’t want it. None of this pay $150 a month, $5000 deductible, and it doesn’t cover squat BS. That ain’t health insurance. That is highway robbery! And yet most folks who pay for “individual health insurance” get this kind of “policy” (which, of course, they lose when they actually do use it! Thanks, Assurant Health!) I would rather go uninsured and exercise, take vitamins and minerals, eat healthful foods, and pray to God for good health, thank you! But like I said I’m not concerned about this, because honestly I can’t see this monstrosity becoming honest-to-God, Supreme Court approved law. Not with whom we now have on the Supremes. If they do approve it, I will be amazed, even for me! Devvy Kidd of “News With Views” thinks someone with deep pockets will challenge this thing, and I think she’s onto something.

I wouldn’t be writing about this issue at all, except for one item in the bill that passed the House o’ Representin’–naturally, in the dead of night on Sunday night, November 8, 2009 (same way the Federal Reserve Act passed, in the dead of night on a weekend). You can go to any conservative blog to find out why this bill will not and cannot fix health care in the US, or you could have (as I did) listened to Judge Napolitano this past Friday on the Glenn Beck Fox News radio channel (XM 121) show between 4 and 5 Central to find out why this bill is bad. But what does the House care? They didn’t read this bill anyway, and, besides, this bill will not affect them one bit. Just more (a la “Blazing Saddles”) keeping their “phoney baloney jobs” (give them all a big HURRUMPH!). They pretend to rule us and we pretend to obey them. So what if they “mandate” that all Americans buy health insurance, or get it through the government or through employers, by 2013? Here is what, and why I’m even bringing up this BS issue:  because supposedly if we choose not to let the government run our health care, we will be fined 250,000 FRNs AND be put in jail! Now, seeing as how a few thousand Federal Marshals, FBI agents, Secret Service agents and the like probably couldn’t run down everyone that does not have “health care,” assuredly they will sic the IRS on us. That is, either claim on your IRS form what “health care” you have with documented proof, or the IRS will put you in jail.

A conspiracy theorist’s best nightmare scenario: so THAT is why all those FEMA concentration camps have been built! So that is why, out along some Georgia highway, all those plastic coffins are along the side of the road…to put the bodies of all of us who refuse to buy ObamaCare inside! I can see Alex Jones feverishly working up a froth on this one on “prisonplanet.com” or “infowars.com”. What’s your pulse, Big Al?

The Limits of Trusting Your Neighbor: Plus: You Either Seek the Truth, or You Don’t

In the <a href=”news090109.html”>previous newsletter</a> I made a case for practical “community action” with your neighbors, even if you have to resolve conflicts to do it. If there is a crisis, folks you don’t want your neighbors against you as well the rest of the world (you can read “the authorities” into this if you want). But that doesn’t mean giving him the key to your house, meaning your stored food, water, crisis supplies, and giving him license to take as much stored gasoline as he wants! Or letting him use your computer! It means being in a position to work with neighbors to get through whatever crisis hits.

Ideally you want the kind of neighbor we have, a former Libertarian Party guy who ran for some office years ago on the LP ticket, and a guy who knows Ron Paul:  someone who you don’t have to worry about sneaking onto your property when your gone as long as he knows you won’t do the dame thing. Someone you have an unspoken understanding with. So what if you have neighbors who are busy bodies? We are not talking suburbia here, but we are not talking farms, either….six people per square mile stuff. We are talking subdivisions that happen to be in rural areas outside (usually) small towns. This one here encompasses about a seven miles radius and has about 50 full time families/individuals. Even so, there are those people who live in the more flat valley spots that are surrounded with neighbors (as opposed to us…we bought our place in a box canyon up higher, in a place where it would be unlikely to have neighbors on either side).

However, if you must buy land in very flat and desirable locations, a consequence might be that you will be surrounded by neighbors who might be live and let live or who might be busy bodies and gossipers, or who might want to borrow every tool you have and then you have to literally threaten to sue the guy unless he returns it. I never said you would escape jerks if you moved out to the country! Plus you might find one fine day that you have new neighbors…with six kids, seven dogs, eleven cats and fifteen clunkers sitting out on their front lawn…er, grassy areas by the road. Might remind you of one of my favorite “Simpsons” characters: “Some folk’l never eat a skunk, but then again some folk’l, like Cletus the slackjawed yokel…”

So. If you get those kinds of neighbors, don’t try to sue the SOBs or do what someone did out here: put out the eye of the neighbor’s goat. What you are going to have to do is go up to the head of the household and reach an understanding. Don’t go saying what he “ought to do” without some sort of compromise yourself, just because you’ve been “out here” for twenty years and he is the new guy. If the neighbor cats are pooping in your garden, don’t kill the critters, because cats are cats and that is what cats do. Cats ain’t dogs if you know what I mean. Deal with it. Take out that gun and shoot it in the air, not
at the cats. Maybe you can convince the neighbors to do whatever is possible to keep the cats in their property. Barking dogs? Noisy kids? Unsightly clunkers? Develop an understanding, and rue the day that you bought that flat place in the valley knowing you might someday have a bunch of neighbors surrounding you!

Out Here, ACORNs Fall From the Oak Trees, and More…

We don’t have ACORN (or HCAN or the SEIU) out here. Instead we have lots and lots of acorns falling out of oak trees. So what if it’s still summer? Seasons are weird in West Texas. We have the Dry Season and the Rainy Season (from July4 until sometime usually in September), with the rest of the year being in the Dry Season…except in certain El Nino years NOT followed by a La Nina! In 2004, for instance, it rained from May until the following February! We got 60 inches! Our main creek ran from June until the following April! But, back to why I brought up ACORN…

Folks in the community are “organizing” without ACORN telling us how to do it. Has nothing to do with “Town Hall” meetings, either. (And besides, our Rep., Ciro Rodriguez–the same Rep who voted no on the bailouts but will not support Ron Paul’s “Audit the Fed” bill–did his Town Hall meeting on HealthCare over the phone. I guess he saw what was coming, so he chickened out of the real deal. Didn’t want to speak in front of the gaggle of Ron Paul supporters that live out here and in Alpine–Dr. No has LOTS of support out here, I am delighted to say!). Considering this was a very divided community only ten years or more ago, this is quite an accomplishment.

Not only was this community the site of the “Republic of Texas” standoff in April-May, 1997, there was a lawsuit against many of the property owners who had stopped paying maintanence fees for one reason or another, mostly because of faulty land surveys and prior lawsuits. After the suit was settled in 2000, there was still a lot of bitterness over it, and it took a while for things to get back to normal and for people to bring themselves to speak to those on the opposite sides of the suit. For instance, I am now buddy-buddy with an elderly couple that I wouldn’t consider speaking to before the suit ended! Pretty much the bad vibes are gone out of this community, at least among full-time residents. This has allowed community groups to start doing things to help their neighbors.

From the very beginning of putting this site together, I have always insisted that if you are going to move out to the rural remote, especially full time, you must learn to get along with your neighbor! We are, I think, reaching the point where doing whatever it takes is going to be the only option. If things get as chaotic as some think they will (social upheaval, and the looting and crime that goes with it…or, on the other hand, the “Great Depression-like” destitution and begging in the streets type scenarios), wouldn’t you want to know that you can trust your neighbors not to steal that extra gas can you’ve been saving for emergencies? All part of the preparation, folks, preparation.
